Shipping and Delivery

Harris Shoes ships to Italy, Europe and worldwide, using international couriers such as GLS, FedEx and UPS.

Italy

Free shipping in Italy on orders over €400.

Orders containing products in stock are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Europe

A €25 shipping fee applies to deliveries to European countries.

This rate applies to shipments to:

Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Vatican City.

Rest of the World

A €60 shipping fee applies to deliveries to the rest of the world.

United States and Canada

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada, the €60 shipping fee includes applicable customs duties.

Other non-EU countries

For other non-EU countries, shipments are made on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. The €60 fee therefore covers shipping only, while any customs duties, taxes and other charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

For shipments to countries where specific trade agreements are in force, Harris Shoes may include a Preferential Origin Declaration in the accompanying documentation. Where applicable and subject to the relevant requirements, this may allow the customer to benefit from preferential customs treatment.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product availability at the time of purchase:

  • Products in stock: delivery within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products not in stock: delivery within 15–20 business days.

Orders placed during holiday periods may be subject to delays beyond the delivery times indicated above.

Products Subject to CITES Certification

Certain products made from precious materials of animal origin, such as crocodile and python, are subject to CITES regulations.

For orders of these products shipped to non-EU countries, the relevant CITES certification is required. In these cases, delivery is expected within 15 business days.

The delivery times indicated may vary depending on the timing of certification and customs procedures.
